We recommend modest attire for anyone who wishes to visit. Modest dress is considered a mark of respect for the mosque. Covering arms, legs, and chest is appropriate and respectful.
JUMMAH PRAYER:
At the Islamic Center of Bloomington, the sermon and congregational prayer are held every Friday at 2pm. If you are a new Muslim, we recommend reaching out to us so that one of our community members can accompany you to the prayer, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you feel comfortable and welcome at the Islamic Center of Bloomington.
